LAMEX Wallpaper Glue is our signature wallpaper glue that is used is by our team of expert installers to securely install wallpaper for long lasting durability. The glue comes in powder form and needs to be premixed with water to formulate the thick glue substance for applying onto the back of our wallpapers. The glue is eco-friendly, sustainable and made from a natural derivative of potato starch. The detailed instructions for pre-mixing are available on the boxes.
To correctly mix LAMEX Wallpaper Glue, you will need a clean bucket and something to stir the water and clean cold water. Fill the bucket with clean cold water. Make sure you add the correct measurement of water for your wallcovering. Not too much and not too little. Cut the top of the wallpaper sachet ready to pour into the water. Stir the water in a circular motion and pour the sachet of paste in the water whilst you are stirring the water. Stir the mixture for a minute or two and then leave for five minutes to react. Stir the wallpaper paste in a circular motion a couple of times just to make sure it’s the correct consistency and hay presto you have perfectly mixed wallpaper paste ready for your wall covering.
